01 Overview

dinked.in is a pickleball tournament management, scoring, and community platform. We provide tools for organizing tournaments, tracking scores in real time, managing clubs, and connecting players.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

03 Accounts

• You may register using email/password, Google, or Facebook authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

04 Subscriptions & Payments

dinked.in offers a Free tier and a Premium tier ($9.99/month). Premium subscriptions are processed through Stripe.

• Premium subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@dinkedin.com.

05 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Submit false scores, manipulate rankings, or engage in any form of cheating.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Service.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

06 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (display names, profile information, tournament data, scores, club descriptions). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service.

We may remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

07 Clubs & Tournaments

• Club administrators are responsible for managing their club members and content.
• Tournament organizers are responsible for the accuracy of tournament information, formats, and results.
• We are not responsible for disputes between players, clubs, or tournament organizers.
• We reserve the right to remove clubs or tournaments that violate these Terms.

08 Real-Time Scoring

The Service provides real-time score tracking for convenience. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that scores displayed are error-free. Official results should be confirmed with the tournament organizer or match participants.

09 Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by dinked.in and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10 Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11 Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google, Facebook (for authentication), and Stripe (for payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

14 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dinked.in and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

15 Account Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.
• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

16 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
